The latest Amada equipment have again been used within the precision CNC folding area and further strengthened recently with the purchase of a fully automated CNC folding cell. The company's CAD/CAM system takes their 3D product designs and generates the bending program and tool layouts automatically. The end result is reduced setup times without any compromises in quality for both new and repeat jobs.
Now comes the moment where your ideas come to life. Here, the Recol team of welders use Metal Inert Gas (MIG) and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) arc welding applications to offer quality welding to meet the highest of specifications. In the final stages, the broad range of finishing on offer can only produce the highest of quality finishes, from powder coating and stove enamelling, through to polishing, graining, bead blasting, plating and screen printing.
Then there is the product assembly team who have extensive experience across a wide range of products, covering both mechanical and electrical assembly on products such as: street furniture, machine guards, specialist lighting, moving poster displays and point-of-sale display stands.
